Temperature & Symptom Logger
Create a clear timeline of your baby's symptoms. When you call NHS 111 or visit the GP, you'll have everything ready.
Your data stays on your device. Nothing is sent to our servers. Your log is saved in your browser's local storage and will persist until you clear it.
This is not medical advice. This tool is a simple notebook to help you track symptoms. If your baby has a high temperature, is struggling to breathe, has a rash that doesn't fade, or you're worried for any reason, call NHS 111 for urgent advice, or 999 in an emergency. Babies under 3 months with a fever need urgent assessment. Always follow NHS guidance for your child's age.
